1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 44db ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the 44db website located at https://44db.bet, including all associated pages, features, games, tools, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, "the Service").

By completing the registration process and creating a 44db account, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, sports markets, promotions, or competitions available on the platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.

44db reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 44db, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Proof of age will be required prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and 44db may request documentary evidence of age at any point during the life of your account.
• You are accessing the Service as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, or representative of 44db, any game provider, payment processor, or affiliate partner in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 44db or had a 44db account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register or restricted player list maintained by 44db or its responsible gaming partners.
• You have not been diagnosed with or self-identified as suffering from a gambling addiction at the time of registration, or if so, you have completed a recognised treatment programme and obtained written clearance to resume gaming activities.

44db employs automated and manual age and identity verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an under-18 player will be returned to the original payment method used, net of any winnings generated while using the Service, which will be forfeited in full.

It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that online gaming is permitted in their jurisdiction before registering. 44db does not represent or warrant that the Service is lawful in all locations from which it may be accessed. Players accessing 44db from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own legal risk.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use the full 44db Service, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. 44db is entitled to require additional documentation to verify the accuracy of this information at any time.

You may hold only one (1) registered account on the 44db platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, email address, payment method, or IP address used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 44db will close all but the oldest verified account, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from wagers placed using bonus funds across all duplicate accounts will be permanently forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 44db account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

44db will never contact you via email, telephone, or messaging application to request your password or two-factor authentication code. Any communication purporting to be from 44db that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 44db's customer support team immediately via live chat or email. 44db will suspend the account pending investigation. You will not be held liable for losses incurred as a direct result of unauthorised access that occurred before you reported the breach, provided that you have not acted negligently or in breach of these Terms in relation to the security of your credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

44db operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming best practices. KYC verification is required before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent point at 44db's sole discretion. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing registered name)
• Source of funds declaration if cumulative deposits exceed a specified threshold

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request being made will result in withdrawal being suspended. If verification is not completed within 60 days, 44db reserves the right to close the account and return the balance to the original deposit method.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or other individuals — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed in full, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed on the 44db cashier page and are subject to change. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

44db does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your bKash, Nagad, or bank provider for details of any applicable fees before initiating a transfer.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to anti-money laundering requirements. Where this is not possible, 44db will contact you to agree on an alternative verified method.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, full KYC verification must be completed and approved. 44db aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 working days depending on the receiving institution.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your 44db account. 44db reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering and source-of-funds obligations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

44db offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all 44db bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. 44db reserves the right to exclude specific player segments or geographic regions from individual promotions.
• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms and conditions at the point of opt-in.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% of each wager staked toward meeting a bonus wagering requirement. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate 44db's bonus system — including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, or any other method designed to exploit bonus conditions contrary to their intended purpose — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, forfeiture of any winnings derived from those funds, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets offered on 44db, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), ice hockey, and football, are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each market at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable market rules.

44db reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, data feed errors, or any other integrity-related concerns. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance. 44db's decision on voiding and settlement of disputed markets is final.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and are subject to change, particularly for high-profile in-play markets during major tournaments such as the Bangladesh Premier League or T20 World Cup.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, and Dragon Tiger, are provided by third-party game suppliers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by the specific rules displayed within the game interface, which form part of these Terms.

All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and mechanical game mechanics captured via live video feed. 44db does not influence game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the best of 44db's knowledge based on data provided by the game supplier.

44db accepts no liability for any malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that interrupts a casino gaming session. In the event of a confirmed technical error affecting a game outcome, 44db will void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's account. If a win was generated as a result of a clear technical error or software malfunction, 44db reserves the right to void that win and return only the original stake.

6.3 MG Live and Slots

The MG Live game suite, powered by Microgaming, and the 44db Slots lobby are subject to the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. All MG Live tables and slot titles available on 44db have been reviewed and approved for fair play. Session history, bet records, and game round results are available in your account history at all times.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44db platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, permanently closed, and balances forfeited without prior notice:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other communication with 44db.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other advantage play strategy.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with, scrape, or exploit any part of the 44db platform without prior written authorisation from 44db.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 44db platform or any third-party game supplied through it. Any Player who identifies a bug must report it to the support team immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other game format where collusion could confer an unfair advantage.
• Using the 44db platform to launder money, structure deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or facilitate any other form of financial crime.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 44db staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, or attempting to obtain another player's login credentials by any means.
• Placing bets on markets in which you have insider knowledge or a direct personal interest (e.g., betting on a cricket match in which you, a family member, or a close associate is a participant).

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 44db account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your last verified withdrawal method.

8.2 44db-Initiated Closure or Suspension

44db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account suspension
• Identification of the account holder as an under-18 individual
• Commercial decision by 44db to cease offering the Service in a particular market or to a particular player segment

Where an account is closed by 44db due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real money balance, bonus funds, and pending winnings may be forfeited in full at 44db's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., a commercial decision), the real money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 44db platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting the support team and requesting self-exclusion for a period of their choosing — from a minimum of 6 months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully blocked and cannot be reactivated before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed, regardless of any subsequent request from the Player. Any marketing communications will be suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
